Order Cancellation
Before Dispatch
Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched from our facility. To cancel an order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible through our contact page.
After Dispatch
Unfortunately, once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel it. However, you may still be eligible for a return once the item is delivered (as per our return policy).
Refunds
Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
Non-Refundable Items
Made-to-order or personalized items are not eligible for refunds unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged item, we'll offer a full refund or replacement after verification. Kindly share photos of the item and packaging for quick resolution.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund within the expected timeframe:
- Recheck your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company—it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
